Delete inside the app
Open the app, sign in, go to Account and choose Delete account, then confirm. This works for KOGHA and KOGHA Field accounts, including accounts created with Sign in with Apple.

How to delete your KOGHA or KOGHA Field account, and what happens to your information.
Cannot sign in? Ask us
Email team@mereka.io with the subject “KOGHA account deletion”, from the email address on the account, and name the app. We may verify your identity before acting. Never send passwords or verification codes.
What happens next
Our team processes the request. Until then you can cancel it from the same screen in the app, and we confirm by email when it is complete. Your sign-in is removed, your profile is anonymised, and transient delivery, tracking and preference records and your organisation memberships are removed or revoked. Some requests need extra steps, for example where you have arrangements, messages or shared organisation records; we contact you if so.
What we may keep
Some records, such as arrangements, invoices and reports, may be kept in restricted or de-identified form where security, accounting, safety or legal obligations require it. Copies in backups expire on the backup schedule.
Sign in with Apple
Deleting your KOGHA account does not change your Apple ID settings. You can also stop sharing with KOGHA in Settings, your Apple ID, Sign in with Apple.
