Trust & privacy

Trust is specific. So are permissions.

Know what an account, a document, an approval and an arrangement actually mean.

An account is not a professional credential.

Signing in identifies an account. Professional eligibility, agency affiliation and suitability for an assignment need their own evidence and decisions.

Arranging is not observing.

Paying for or arranging protection does not by itself give someone permission to follow another person’s movements or read private documents.

A status should tell you what happened.

Uploaded, under review, approved and expired are different states. A status shown in the app is not, by itself, verification of a real identity, licence or service.

Share only in the right place.

Do not email identity documents, passwords, verification codes or financial details. Use only an explicitly enabled, authorised collection flow with its own purpose and handling notice.

Qualification before live service.

These pages explain the intended service model. They do not establish staffed coverage, a response commitment or a certified security posture. Read the current privacy notice for how information is handled.
